Payment options
We accept PayPal, all major credit cards and U.S. and International Postal Money Orders. This website is set up to automatically process orders via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account - no problem, you can still pay with a credit card, this option will be offered to you during the checkout process. If you prefer to pay with a Postal Money Order or would like to offer other payment methods, please contact us for payment details. If you know the total amount of your custom order, you can also PayPal your payment to order@splitrockguitars.com
How to order
Current lead time
Our turn around time on an order of pickups is usually one to two weeks. If there is an unexpected delay in your order we will contact you via email. Please note that our custom guitars are hand crafted to order and the lead time for them is three to four months. Lead time for Fender upgrades is usually no more than three to four weeks, depending on the nature of the order.
Shipping & Handling
We ship worldwide and pack professionally. We offer FREE SHIPPING for pickups inside the USA! Pickups and smaller parts are normally shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We ship our guitars via UPS inside the U.S. and USPS Express Mail International abroad. To save your time and money, most domestic pickup orders are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Other options available upon request. For orders of pickups and bridges, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in the United States (usually orders arrive much sooner). International orders may take longer. We will contact you if your order will take longer than 2 weeks. |
